In your mental fitness training program, you will be involved in direct brain fitness training and in working to make the changes in many areas of your life that have been found to result in improved mental fitness and protection from the effects of brain aging. These include changes in eating patterns, sleep hygiene, physical exercise, stress management, and patterns of your daily activities.

We track the results of your training regimen in several ways:

1. an online weekly progress tracking system that measures changes in ten areas of mental function,

2. a training log to record your impressions of the training and the effect of the training on your level of mental fitness, and

3. monthly rating scales on ten dimensions of mental fitness to compare results as your training progresses.

Individual training plans in the Get Sharp Intensive Training Program may also incorporate more advanced progress tracking methods for nutrition, sleep, and stress management.
